What does the Luxury Gift Set contain?  

Stainless steel diffuser, leather lid and lanyard, magnetic clip with fragrance ceramic.

What does the Classic Diffuser contain?  
Stainless steel diffuser, leather lid and lanyard, magnetic clip.
Is it possible to mix and match fragrances and diffusers?  

Choose a Classic Diffuser in the colour of your choice and purchase a fragrance ceramic separately. Pick and mix according to your preference.

Does Charabanc offer product refills? 

You can buy all the fragrance ceramics separately as refills.

How long do Charabanc fragrance ceramics last? 

Fragrance ceramics last up to twelve weeks.

Can I use the fragrance ceramics independent of the diffuser?  

We recommend that you pair the fragrance ceramics with the Charabanc diffuser in order to achieve optimum fragrance throw and that you avoid placing the ceramic in direct contact with surfaces.

Do Charabanc products contain alcohol? 

Charabanc products do not contain alcohol.

What are the dimensions of the Classic Charabanc diffuser? 

Dimensions: ø 64mm x 23mm. Total weight: approx. 160g

How sustainable is Charabanc? 
Charabanc is crafted entirely by hand using age old techniques and vegetable tanned leather. Our product does not contain plastic. Our fragrance does not contain EVA beads or gel. Our fragrance ceramics are available as refills and our packaging is 100% recycled and recyclable.

Do you offer gift wrapping and gift card option with personal message?

Our luxury diffusers are wrapped in our distinctive Charabanc tissue paper and you have an option to add gift wrap and personal message at Checkout.

Can I sample the scents prior to purchase? 

If you would like to sample scents prior to purchase, please contact us here to request a scented postcard.
